Woodland Trust Office Paper is a high white, totally chlorine free office paper for laser and inkjet printers, photocopiers and fax machine, produced to demanding environmental standards.
Woodland Trust Office Paper is produced in a so-called 'integrated mill' in Southern Sweden. It is made mainly from forest thinnings from sustainable forests and chippings from saw mills. The pulp and paper are produced on the same site, minimising transportation.
96 per cent of the heat energy used to make Woodland Trust Office Paper is generated from renewable biofuel produced as a bi-product by the mill. The surplus heat from the manufacturing process is piped to over 3,000 homes and civic buildings throughout the surrounding area. There are no CO2 emissions from fossil fuels during the production process.
Moreover, for every pack sold, the Woodland Trust receives a 5p donation towards its conservation work, which may not sound like much, but actually it is almost one per cent of all sales, which produces quite a large sum of money over a year!
