These limited editions are some of Pants To Poverty's best pants yet, and make a fabulous addition to their range of designs featuring the 'winged pants' logo, rather than the words 'Pants To Poverty' on the waistband. The cotton used is Fairtrade-certfied (see our guide to cotton) and classed as 'pesticide-free' rather than organic. It takes at least three years to gain organic certification, and during this time, farmers face increased costs, and find it hard to sell their cotton at a fair price because they lack certification. Pants To Poverty therefore make a point of supporting farmers who are in 'organic conversion'.
