Please feel free to enquire at any time without obligation about product availability or any other aspect of our range. We will always try to respond promptly, but please note that you may not always get an immediate reply. We are confident it will be worth the wait.

Our preferred form of payment is online bank transfer (Internet Banking), but we also accept cash and cheques and all major credit and debit cards. Goods must be paid for in advance or on delivery (local delivery only). We reserve the right to clear cheques before dispatch. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.

On receipt of payment, we will dispatch your order to any UK address, normally within two working days, either by First Class post or Next-Day courier. We offer competitive rates with free delivery from as little as £25 order value. Please see our table of delivery rates for more information.

Our delivery area comprises postcode areas LA1 to LA5 and the part of PR3 that lies with 5km of the A6 corridor as far south as Garstang. We plan to extend our reach further in the future.

Our regular delivery day is Thursday. We may deliver earlier, by arrangement, if we are going to be in your vicinity.

We especially like to deliver to workplaces or centres where somebody will be in attendance throughout the day, because this tends to be more efficient, and is often more practical for you, too. We will gladly deliver to private addresses where this is your preferred option, however.

People in the Lancaster area may like to visit us at our premises at Unit 16, Galgate Mill, Galgate, Lancaster LA2 0PR. You may like to send us your order as described above, then collect it in person, or you can leave your order with us and we will deliver it or you can collect it yourself. We can also deal with your order while you wait, of course.

Many products are on display in our reception area and others can be brought out for you to look at. We have an area where you can read product lists and try cosmetics and cleaning products. We also have a few organic and Fairtrade nibbles for sale.

You can also bring your batteries, corks and CDs for recycling, or your empty bottles for refilling.

We operate the following public opening hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: open 9 am to 5.30 pm
• Thursday: closed
• Friday and Saturday morning: variable & call first to check or make an appointment

We regularly take part in events throughout the year. These tend to be gift fairs or events at which baby products are sold. We rarely sell ordinary household consumables at fairs these days, though we can certainly take an order for delivery during the following week!

If you know that you will be attending a fair, we can arrange to bring along particular products for you to collect. These need not be the products that we would otherwise be taking to that particular event.

We can accept card payments as well as cash at events.
